On May 16 and 17 for the fourth time Minsk hosted the international dance sport competition “Wold Open Minsk – 2015”, which brought together on one platform the best dance couples from Belarus and all over the world.
This year the tournament had the status of the open international tournament WDSF (World Dance Sport Federation) in the age category “Youth”. Open International Competitions were also held in all age categories, there were traditional classification competitions and competitions for beginner dancers.
For the winners in the category “Adults” in the Latin American and European programs the prize fund was drawn, all the winners were awarded the traditional special cups and medals, as well as prizes for all categories.
Performance of pairs was evaluated by a highly qualified international panel of judges.
Following the tradition of the tournament, this year for the audience and participants their demonstration performances were shown by the stars of DanceSport of the world – the winners of the WORLD CUP, the vice-champions of Russia in the European program – Alex Glukhov and Anastasia Glazunova.
