Liudmila Nikolaevna’s “age coaching records” are also interesting:
- Liudmila's coaching career began in 1992, at the light hand of her first dance teachers Vladimir and Janna Chalkevich, leaders of ballroom dance model collective, the famous "Smile". She had her first lesson at the age of 14 in their club, where she continued to teach for several years.
- In February 1997, when she was only 19 years old, at the insistence and recommendation of her second dance teacher - the progenitor and founder of ballroom choreography in the Republic of Belarus Lidia Petrovna Kats-Lazareva, she became the leader of the collective of several hundred participants at the Palace of Culture MAZ.
- Dance and Sports Club "Liudmila" today is famous all over the world and for many years kept the status of the leading and the largest club in the Republic of Belarus. During the existence of the club its students have achieved great success not only in the country, but also abroad. Dancers of the club became many times the winners and prize-winners of various national and international competitions in different age groups, including championships of the Republic of Belarus, winning numerous medals of all merits. Guys showed no less success at numerous championships of Belarus in all age categories.
Pupils of the club “Liudmila” – multiple winners and medalists of national and international competitions, which is already impossible to count, known in our country and far beyond its borders.
- When Liudmila Tsyrkun is 25 years old (in November 2002), she was commended by the Department for Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Education "for her personal contribution to the implementation of state youth policy";
- When Liudmila Nikolaevna was 26 years old, she brought up a couple - the absolute champions of the Republic of Belarus (in the category "Children 2", all 3 programs); it is interesting that the children were several years younger than their competitors;
- At the age of 27, she became a coach, who personally raised from childhood and "from scratch" the official champion of the Republic of Belarus in the category "Adults" (10 dances);
- at the age of 29 she was the coach of the couple of "Adult" category, who became semi-finalists of the World and European Cups, finalists of the Eastern European Championship in 10 dances (Viacheslav Chizhik and Kristina Dedok), and the judge of the highest national category of the Belarusian Dance Sport Federation;
- At the age of 36 (in 2014) she was the head and the only coach of the officially recognized most popular and biggest dance and sports club in the Republic of Belarus - more than 150 sports couples were exhibited by club "Liudmila" at the official championships of Belarus.
