Perhaps it was this feature that helped her to succeed from a very young age as both a leader and a public figure at the same time. A great experience and life path passed by Liudmila Nikolaevna – from the head of large dance schools to an active and significant figure in national and international organizations.
So, Liudmila Nikolaevna:
- In 2022, she was elected deputy chairman of the presidium, and is also a founder and member of the presidium of the Republican Public Association "Belarusian Professional Dance League";
- In 2021, she was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Republican Public Association "Belarus Breaking Federation";
- In 2021 she was appointed deputy marketing director of the company "Trade House "Altai Bouquet" Republic of Belarus;
She is also:
- Chairman of the Judicial Commission of the Republican Public Association "Belarus Dance Sport Alliance" in 2013 - 2016;
- Deputy Chairman of the Republican Public Association "Belarus Dance Sport Alliance" on international relations (in 2020);
- Judge of the highest national and international category of the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF), recognized by the International Olympic Committee;
- The first Chairperson in the history of the Republic of Belarus, who received a license of the World Dance Sport Federation (WDSF);
- Is the only judge in the Republic of Belarus who has three licenses of World Dance Sport Federation WDSF - general, professional and chairperson license at the same time;
- Since 1996 she was a member and the leading coach of the national public association "Belarusian Dance Sport Federation";
- For 16 years (from 2004 to 2020) she was the president of the board of the children's public association "Dance Sport Club "Liudmila" - the club reorganized from her dance school at the Palace of Culture of the Minsk Motor Plant - world famous for over 20 years, the club has been one of the best clubs in the country, its students are multiple winners and prize winners of national and international competitions, which are already impossible to count, known in our country and far beyond its borders.
- In 2019 Liudmila Nikolaevna was elected for half a year as the chairman of the council of the sports public association "Dance and Sports League".
It is interesting that the achievements of Liudmila Nikolaevna can be considered a kind of records:
- Her first dancing lesson she gave at the age of 14 in the dance club of her first teachers Zhanna and Vladimir Shalkevich "Smile", who gave the start to her real and over active pedagogical and coaching experience;
- She became the leader of her own club at the age of 19 (at the insistence and recommendation of her second dance teacher - the founder and progenitor of ballroom choreography in the Republic of Belarus Lidia Petrovna Kats-Lazareva): since 1997 Liudmila was the head and head coach of the dance sport club "Liudmila" at the Palace of Culture "MAZ" (from February 1997 to September 2004 was the official head of the ballroom dance school in the "Branch "MAZ" "PC MAZ"); also, from September 1997 to May 1998 was a teacher of choreographic disciplines in "Children's Choreographic School" Culture Department of the Minsk City Executvie Committee.
- At the age of 23 Liudmila became the organizer of the national competitions in ballroom dancing, gathering a hall full of thousands of spectators, the best specialists of the country, and already at that time being able to provide the best conditions of the reception for all categories of participants;
- 24 years old, after graduating from the Faculty of International Relations of Belarusian State University, she led an official delegation of 50 people in the famous "Artek," attending the official events of the level of ministers and ambassadors of different countries;
- In November 2002 Liudmila Tsyrkun was officially acknowledged by the Department on Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus "for personal contribution to the implementation of state youth policy";
- When she was 26 years old, she brought up a couple of absolute champions of the Republic of Belarus ( "Juveniles 2" category, in all 3 programs; it is also interesting that the boys were a few years younger than their opponents;
- At the age of 27 years became the coach, who personally trained from the childhood and "from scratch" the official champion of the Republic of Belarus in the "Adult" category (10 dances);
- At the age of 27 she became the head (Chairman of the Board) of the city public association "DSC "Liudmila", which was one of the first in our country and for many years was the largest urban public association;
- At the age of 29 she was the coach of the couple of "Adult" category, who became semi-finalists of the World and European Cups, finalists of the Eastern European Championship in 10 dances (Viacheslav Chizhik and Kristina Dedok), and the judge of the highest national category of the Belarusian Dance Sport Federation;
- At the age of 33 Liudmila successfully passed the exams and received the international adjudicator category of the World DanceSport Federation;
- At the age of 34, thanks to her international prestige, gathered 10 thousand spectators, 3 thousand dancers and more than 100 judges and coaches at international dance competitions;
- At the age of 35, she received her World DanceSport Federation chairperson license;
- In 36 years was the head and the only coach officially recognized as "the largest and most massive dance and sports club in Belarus" (2014) - more than 150 sports couples were exhibited by the club at the official championships and championships of the Republic of Belarus;
- In 39 years took guests from 25 countries of the world in Minsk at the tournament dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the club.
Liudmila Nikolaevna:
- Educator, trainer and leader, who raised dozens and raised generations of champions and masters of sports of the Republic of Belarus, which is remarkable, in all ages and disciplines (from "Juveniles" to "Adults" in standard, latin and 10 dances) in several generations
